The SPARTUS Pro 901X with air supply is a comprehensive solution that provides effective protection for the face, eyes, and respiratory system during MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA welding, as well as grinding. Featuring a top-tier 1/1/1/1 optical-class filter and a large 100×65mm viewing area, it offers outstanding clarity and working comfort—even in demanding industrial environments.
Full control and user-specific adjustment
With external knobs, the user can easily adjust the shade level (DIN 4–8 or DIN 9–13), delay time, sensitivity, and operating mode (welding/grinding) without removing the helmet. The multi-point adjustable headgear allows for a perfect fit to the head shape and precise positioning of the filter in relation to the eyes. Thanks to its ergonomic design and well-balanced construction, the SPARTUS Pro 901X remains comfortable even during long hours of work.
Flip-up filter system – wider view and improved balance
The helmet features a dedicated flip-up welding filter system. When the filter is raised, the helmet’s center of gravity shifts downward and aligns with the natural center of the head. This significantly reduces neck fatigue and enhances working comfort. In this mode, the welder benefits from an even wider field of view—up to 165×72 mm—while the eyes remain protected by an internal safety lens.
Air supply system – clean air and breathing comfort
The integrated SPARTUS air supply system delivers clean, dry air in environments with high levels of dust and humidity. The user can choose between two airflow settings—180 or 220 l/min—to adapt ventilation to specific working conditions. The TH3P filtration system, consisting of a main HEPA filter and pre-filters with activated carbon, provides effective respiratory protection. In case of reduced airflow performance, the helmet alerts the user with audible and vibrating alarms. The brushless motor ensures quiet, energy-efficient operation, while the replaceable lithium-ion battery allows for over 10 hours of continuous use.
