The SPARTUS Master 230XT is an advanced welding helmet equipped with a modern True Color filter that delivers a clear image in natural colors. This allows the welder to see details more accurately, resulting in greater precision and control during welding. The helmet is ideal for use with TIG, MIG/MAG, and MMA methods and also features a dedicated grinding mode.

High sensitivity and full filter adjustability

The auto-darkening filter with an optical class of 1/1/1/1, combined with a large 100×65 mm viewing area, ensures high working comfort and safety. Four sensitive sensors provide instant response during welding—even when using low currents. Using the external controls, the user can smoothly adjust the shade level, delay time, and sensitivity, as well as activate the filter test function.

Comfort and reliability for long hours of work

With its lightweight design (480g) and ergonomically engineered headgear, the Master 230XT helmet provides excellent comfort even during extended use. The ability to fine-tune the fit and adjust the distance between the filter and the face ensures a stable position without putting strain on the neck.

Additional protection with helmet-mounted version

For situations requiring a higher level of safety—such as working at heights, inside tanks, or on industrial installations—the SPARTUS Master 230XT is available in a version with a safety helmet. A dedicated adapter connects the welding helmet to the hard hat, meeting strict health and safety requirements while ensuring comfort and reliability in demanding conditions.
