Thanks to the use of a pressure roller, the workpieces remain stable throughout the entire process. The positioner ensures uniform rotation, eliminating jerks and improving weld quality. The adjustable rotation speed, ranging from 100 to 1000 mm/min, allows precise adaptation of the working pace to the type and size of the component.
Functionality and expandability
The device is equipped with a welding ground connection, which facilitates integration with a welding system. Additionally, upon request, it is possible to use polyurethane-coated rollers, modify the rotation speed, or install an additional stand for a welding torch. This makes it easy to adapt the positioner to individual production needs.
