The SPARTUS welding table with fume extraction and filtration has been designed for intensive use in industrial environments. The integrated ProVent extraction and filtration system efficiently removes airborne contaminants both directly from the work surface and from the area above the table using an extraction arm. This ensures complete protection for the operator during welding, grinding, and other dust- and fume-generating processes.
Integrated ProVent Filtration System
The unit is equipped with a high-performance filtration system rated at 1.1 kW with a nominal airflow of 1000 m³/h. A built-in spark trap captures larger solid particles, while the main cartridge filter module effectively separates fine contaminants. The filter cartridges can be cleaned either manually or automatically via a timed pulse-cleaning system, significantly improving user convenience and extending filter service life.
Dual independent extraction points – full control over airflow
The table features two extraction sources: a bottom inlet integrated into the work surface and a flexible extraction arm. Each has its own damper, allowing precise control of airflow. This setup enables the system to be easily adjusted to match the type of work being performed and the amount of contaminants generated.
Durable and ergonomic design
Built on a welded square steel tube frame, the table offers outstanding stability and long service life. The structure is coated with a durable powder finish for resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion, while the work surface is protected by a conductive anti-corrosion coating. Ground connectors on both sides make it easy for the operator to attach the welding cable regardless of the table’s orientation.
