The ProCUT 125CNC is a modern inverter plasma cutter with a maximum cutting current of 100 A and the ability to cut materials up to 55 mm thick.
Powered by a three-phase 400 V supply, it enables precise cutting of all electrically conductive materials – steel, aluminum, copper, and brass.
The non-contact pilot arc ignition system (without HF ionizer) ensures stable starts, clean cutting edges, and extended consumable life.
Operating Modes and Additional Functions
The device features a 2T/4T mode switch, allowing adjustment of the working method to suit the operator’s preferences and task requirements.
The post-gas function effectively cools the torch after cutting, protecting components and increasing their durability.
Integrated CNC System
The 125CNC model is designed to work seamlessly with CNC plasma automation systems via a dedicated control interface.
It allows precise communication with the controller, while the built-in voltage divider (20:1–50:1) adapts the feedback signal to meet the requirements of different CNC systems.
