SPARTUS EasyMIG 500DP is a modern three-phase industrial-grade inverter welder designed for demanding applications. It uses advanced IGBT transistors and Dual Pulse technology, ensuring top-quality welds with maximum control over the process. The unit features a synergic MIG/MAG welding system with programs for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and gasless welding.
The operator can use modes such as 2T/4T, Pulse, Dual Pulse, Cool Pulse, Slow Feed, as well as inductance adjustment from -10 to +10.
A dedicated 4-roller wire feeder ensures perfectly stable wire feeding, even at high currents.
The synergic system automatically adjusts wire feed speed to voltage, while the operator can fine-tune voltage and arc characteristics. Pre-gas and post-gas settings are also available to improve weld cleanliness and appearance.
EasyMIG 500DP also enables MMA and Lift TIG welding.
