MIG/MAG welding – synergy and Dual Pulse technology
The advanced SPARTUS EasyMIG 217DP system redefines MIG/MAG welding standards, combining precise control with excellent weld aesthetics. The synergic control system and Dual Pulse technology ensure full control of the process, regardless of material type or thickness.
The machine provides four advanced operating modes:

Synergic programs automatically set optimal welding parameters, while the user can manually adjust the voltage or wire feed speed at any time.
Dual Pulse technology ensures an exceptionally smooth and uniform weld bead with a distinctive “stacked dime” effect, minimal heat distortion, and increased welding speed and efficiency compared to TIG. When welding aluminum, this method also requires significantly less operator skill.
EasyMIG 217DP is compatible with 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 mm wires, runs on 230 V power supply, and offers a maximum welding current of 200 A.
Inductance control allows precise shaping of bead width and penetration depth while reducing spatter.
Additional functions—2T/4T modes, wire feed test, and polarity reversal for flux-cored welding—make the EasyMIG 217DP an extremely versatile machine ready for any challenge.

The modern LCD control panel of the SPARTUS EasyMIG 217DP ensures intuitive operation and full access to all welding parameters. Using ergonomically positioned knobs and function buttons, the operator can easily select the welding method—MIG/MAG, TIG Lift, or MMA—and smoothly adjust welding current, voltage, and wire feed speed.
All settings, such as wire diameter, shielding gas type, 2T/4T mode, or additional functions, are available directly on the panel, allowing quick adaptation to material type and working conditions.
The clear graphical interface shows real-time correlation between voltage and bead shape, as well as recommended material thickness, making parameter selection simple and precise. This ensures repeatability and full control over weld quality.
